About Brenston Quadros

I’m a Senior Recruitment Specialist with over 8 years of experience hiring top-tier tech talent — from Backend Engineers to Engineering Managers — across product-based firms and hyper-growth startups. At Talent500 and OnMobile, I’ve closed 100+ roles globally, reduced time-to-hire by 30%, and built tech teams from scratch for high-impact projects. My strength lies in deep tech understanding, candidate engagement, and building meaningful hiring pipelines that convert. I’m fluent in English, Hindi, & Arabic and I'm currently learning French and Spanish — enabling seamless communication with global stakeholders and diverse talent pools. I enjoy speaking with engineers, understanding product roadmaps, and aligning business needs with the right talent. Let's connect if you're scaling a tech team or looking to join one!
