As an Assistant General Counsel & Vice-President at Bank of America, I provide legal support, advice, and counsel to the enterprise and its lines of business in the areas of privacy, data protection, information security, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and open banking. With nearly six years of experience as a privacy and data protection attorney, I have developed a strong expertise in navigating complex legal issues related to emerging technologies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. I am a North Carolina licensed attorney and a North Carolina State Bar Board Certified Specialist in Privacy and Information Security Law. I am also an IAPP CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, and a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP) and a Privacy Law Specialist (PLS). I hold a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History from Indiana University Bloomington.
