About Brent Abbott
I just graduated from Augsburg University with Summa Cum Laude honors for my Elementary Education degree with a MN teaching license and psychology minor. I am open to teach any grade K-6 as I am just beginning my teaching career. I love working with children of all backgrounds and personalities, and I can’t wait to begin practicing my passion for education as a professional! I have two incredible children, aged 1 and 3, and I have been a youth soccer coach in Eagan for 5 years. I am also a hip hop artist, so I have lots of experience incorporating music into my lessons. I love working collaboratively, but I am also able to self motivate in order to prepare and operate as a teacher in an efficient and high quality manner. I am so excited to meet my future colleagues and students, and I look forward to showing the school community my positive, student- focused influence I will bring as I hit the ground running.
