I feel extremely fortunate to have served in two branches of the military, the US Marine Corps and the US Army. I have a track record of building, mentoring, and steering high-performing teams to execute mission-critical tasks using a confident, empathetic, and humble leadership style. While holding myself accountable to my own moral and ethical principles, I have developed the innate ability to set priorities, organize assigned tasks, manage resources, and execute plans. I have had the opportunity to hone my communication skills through various positions and I excel at building strong relationships with employees, management, personnel, stakeholders, and executives. In addition, I possess Active Secret Security Clearance since 2011.
