About Brent Crouch

What does a Financial Advisor have in common with a Search and Rescue Swimmer, a Retail Banker and a Business Development Manager? In my case, the thread that connects my career with my previous jobs is a passion for helping people and teams succeed. Searching for a helicopter pilot in the Persian Gulf is risky, exciting and ultimately fulfilling when we succeed. It’s also a good metaphor for working with clients to help them navigate the dangerous waters of today’s economy and to plan for an uncertain future. Marshaling the resources of your watch team is not dissimilar from assembling a team to effectively create financial solutions for clients or to help advisors build a better business. To me, it’s a seamless personal narrative – all about teamwork, practical solutions, and helping protect others.
