About Brent Gilbert

I currently work in a frontline position handling our customer complaints in our customer relations department. By listening to their issues I am able to find the right resolution for our customers. The key to this all is an effortless service and journey. Along side this I have also helped with a MVP( Most Valuable Player) scheme which involved colleagues nominating their peers for work which went above and beyond either helping customers or colleagues. I would meet with senior management on a monthly basis to discuss the nominations andji we would pick a winner and two runner ups and then present them with the awards at a monthly meeting with the whole floor. This has changed to the Star Awards which is the same except it's all done online. The thing I enjoy most about this is seeing the great job my colleagues do on a day to day basis. The thing I enjoy most about my job is helping others and being a Peoples Champion helps me achieve this whether it's answering a simple question or going out of my way to find the answer. I am also nearing completion of an apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 and Team leading level 2
