Vince Lombardi I am the type of person who is always looking for a better and more efficient way to do things. Printing has been the only industry that I have been employed in since 1995, but my knowledge and skills span far beyond this industry. Educating myself in equipment repair, electrical trouble shooting, computer skills, etc. has been like a hobby to me. I like to learn how to do just about anything myself rather than hire it done wherever possible. Hard work, raising a family, and having fun in my downtime is how I like to live my life. Since 1995 I've only had 2 jobs, both in the printing industry. I started off at Newhouse Printing in Dover, OH where I spent my first 10 years learning the trade. I've been an employee of Paragraphics Inc. in Canton, OH since 2006, where I'm now a supervisor over the Bindery Department. Printing has been a great industry to be a part of, and I still find myself learning new things and growing my skill set every day. B&T Firearms LLC is a company I started in 2012 that started out selling firearms. After the first 3 years I decided to let my license to sell go and focus on firearms training. I teach people how shoot and handle a hadgun safely as well as certify them for a Concealed Handgun License (CCW). I then started making Kydex holsters and selling them occasionally as well. My other side business is Gribble Locksmith Service. I am a certified locksmith and someday I plan to make mobile locksmithing my "retirement plan". I figured just sitting around would get boring so why not do something that would keep me busy and bring in some income once I retire. I have quite a few years ahead of me to learn and acquire all of the things I need to make the business a success.
