About Brent Guidinger

Building, nurturing, and strengthening partnerships rooted in shared values has been my passion and, luckily enough, a big part of my career for nearly 15 years. Starting out as an Outreach Worker back in my early 20’s all the way up to my present role with RUNWITHIT Synthetics, I’ve been blessed to work for purpose-driven organizations here in YEG that dig in, take big swings, and strive to make our world a more inclusive, resilient place for everyone. At RUNWITHIT Synthetics, we generate synthetic twin environments that model real-world conditions around complex systems, all in a very human-centric manner that demonstrates and inspires social impact. Think of it as Sim City meets Google Earth. Through our work, we help dial-forward different scenarios whose outcomes support decision makers with futures around energy, mobility and community resilience. In my current role, I guide clients through their RWI journey, understanding their priorities, their challenges, and representing their values as our team strives to provide valuable solutions.
