About Brent H.

For years, I thrived inside global corporations like IKEA and John Deere, managing communications for tens of thousands of employees, senior leaders and executives. On the outside, the brands looked unstoppable. But on the inside, I saw the cracks: burnout, disengagement, toxic behaviors quietly eating away at innovation and trust. That’s when I knew: my next chapter wasn’t just about designing visuals assets or crafting marketing messages. It was about reshaping the environments where those messages lived from the top down. Today, at The Human Space, I help leaders and organizations create cultures where people feel safe, valued, and connected. My work blends corporate experience with a human-first approach—because when people feel seen, they perform at their best. At my core, I believe connection is why we are here. Every message, every brand, every workplace culture starts with that truth. When leaders begin to realize this, that is when the real breakthrough happens.
