About Brent Heaberlin

I am a proud husband and father to a 7 year old boy and 4 year old daughter. I am originally from the Chicago area and relocated to NC in 2007 to coach college baseball and attend graduate school. NC had been the longest I had stayed in one state since leaving for college, and I am so very glad I did. I am an avid Chicago fan and can say that I am a true south-sider, but I am not one to dislike the north side. I have spent the better part of the past two decades working directly within college athletics, traveling and managing teams, budgets, academics, and making sure student-athletes, their families and donors are in a great spot. It isn’t easy trusting someone to take care of your kids like we did. I am a firm believer that you have to believe in something in order to be able to advocate for it. This is why trust and accountability is the foundation to any lasting, strong relationship. I know the home selling/buying process can be difficult. From maintaining the process to keeping track of each step can create high levels of stress. I believe my job is to help mitigate a good amount of that. I believe that we work together and communicate the entire process. My goal is for your experience to not only be an adventure, but educational and reassuring.
