As the Director of Global Warehouse Strategy, Innovation & Optimization at General Motors, I lead the implementation of cutting-edge technologies to transform palletizing and packaging processes. I have successfully led the deployment of autonomous mobile robots, automated storage and retrieval systems, and industry-leading packaging equipment, resulting in significant cost savings and productivity improvements. With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and lean material strategies, I have a proven track record of generating substantial CapEx with headcount and leasing savings. I have also pioneered multi-site budget reduction strategies and defined material flow for large-scale projects. Additionally, I have delivered training at multiple locations across the US, Mexico, and Canada, growing productivity and efficiency with limited resources.
