Mr. Larson has over 25 years of experience in managing and consulting for complex corporate, commercial and government real estate portfolios. He has worked with private and public clients in program and project management, portfolio optimization, workplace strategies and portfolio master planning. Mr. Larson has direct experience with leasing (domestic and international), acquisitions, dispositions, capital project planning, construction management, budgeting, building operations and maintenance, security and real property and integrated workplace management systems. Mr. Larson served in management positions with corporate and commercial real estate entities. For a fortune 50 company, Mr. Larson partnered with other regional managers to develop and implement strategic portfolio plans which increased space utilization, reduced the footprint, energy and operating costs resulting in a savings of over one billion dollars. He was the lead executive in reorganizing and managing a diverse private equity real estate investment portfolio for increased profit to shareholders. Mr. Larson negotiated hundreds of leases for both internal corporate clients and on behalf of the landlord for commercial ownership groups. He managed capital tenant improvement projects for both tenants and landlords and partnered with legal counsel to significantly reduce accounts receivables for ownership.
