Decorated Air Force Pararescue veteran with multiple combat deployments and extensive experience in elite training and development. In my last years of active duty, I spearheaded the creation of a highly successful pre-basic training program for Air Force special operations candidates, resulting in demonstrably higher graduation rates. Following my military service, I transitioned my expertise to the civilian fitness world, founding Bodyweight Natural Training and serving as Fitness Director at Pulse Fitness in Scottsdale, AZ, contributing significantly to its growth and reputation. I specialize in optimizing the performance of elite performers through a comprehensive approach that blends physical conditioning with targeted mental skills development. I am passionate about leveraging both scientific principles and practical application in strength & conditioning and performance psychology to unlock potential and build resilience in demanding fields. Beyond direct training environments, I have effectively translated my leadership capabilities and understanding of performance psychology into impactful results within program management and business development.
