About Brent Penner

I am a Tax Partner at Baker Tilly Niagara LLP. I have more than 16 years of experience in public accounting serving clients in a variety of sectors including professional services, agriculture, hospitality, retail, manufacturing and financial services. I graduated from Western University in 2008 and obtained my CA designation in 2011. Over my career, I have developed deep expertise in all matters of Canadian corporate and personal tax, with particular emphasis on reorganizations, estate and succession planning, acquisitions, divestitures, non-resident trusts and tax compliance. I am an active member of the Niagara community, and I serve as the treasurer for Beacon Christian School.
