Background

About Brent Starling

I am a data-driven and user focused designer using tools to analyse friction, opportunities (gaps), generate user flows and add context and definition by conducting interviews and system tear downs. Finalising these into hypotheses applying thought and context into prototypes to get a cohesive vision in a responsive and tactile user interface. These core skills and abilities enable me to tackle opportunities with conviction. I also like to challenge everyday processes and help to redefine day-to-day tasks and add automotive processes removing frustrations and distractions.I love mentoring / team management and enjoy flexing different brain ‘muscles’ that is brought by these soft skills. There is nothing better than taking designers and non-designers and bringing them along on their career journey and watching them grow.
