About Brent Swanson

I’m a highly skilled leader making a transition from 20 years of service in the U.S. Army into the corporate sector. It’s hard to imagine that any organization depends more upon intelligent and effective training than our armed services, and I’m certain my experience there would translate well into a corporate setting. With more than 10 years experience as a leader, I am adept in venue management, program management, student engagement, and curriculum planning. My experience with the military has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate presentation, time management abilities, and an active Federal security clearance. I particularly excel at: • Creating and delivering training in a professional environment • Planning, design and delivery of training programs in both hard and soft skill sets • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business software • New hire on-boarding and orientation in individual and large group settings • Developing curriculum and delivering training that develops and utilizes employees skills • Quantitative and qualitative analyses of training programs In addition to my experience and personal qualities, I have a solid educational foundation and a passion for training.
