About Brent Textus

With over 15 years of work experience in the industrial inspection and maintenance industry, I am a project manager at Acuren, a leading provider of non-destructive testing (NDE) and rope access services. My core competencies include managing and reviewing the quality and safety of rope access activities, executing multiple outages with high efficiency and productivity, and building and maintaining strong client and contractor relations. I am passionate about delivering innovative and reliable solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers, and align with our organizational goals and values. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having worked on various projects across different sectors and regions. In my previous role as a project manager and turnaround planner and coordinator at Acuren, I am responsible for managing the non-routine maintenance, routine maintenance, and central maintenance API projects for our clients. I oversee the estimation, bidding, execution, and completion of these projects, ensuring that they are within the approved timeline and budget. I also contribute to the business success and organizational efficiency by documenting and communicating the key performance indicators (KPIs) across all projects, and maintaining and implementing an asset management system that tracks inventory, location, and serviceability of our equipment and gear. Some of the skills that I use and demonstrate in this role are construction site inspections, report writing, NDE, and rope access.
