CRISIS & CHANGE MANAGEMENT • Mitigated Bolay’s loss in revenue due to Covid-19 by securing buy-ins from management staff to accept a 20% reduction in wages while all 28 restaurants developed new operational policies and SOPs. After the initial impact of the pandemic, all management staff received their lost wages plus interest, ensuring employee loyalty. CONTINUOUS PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS & TRAINING • Collaborated with Bolay’s Director of Training to develop and implement training programs for Area Directors, Sr. Partners and Mentoring Partners. Rolled-out, delivered and evaluated the programs to ensure success. • Assisted with Outback Steakhouse’s product development by becoming a testing market for new products and initiatives. COST SAVING INITIATIVES • Reduced Outback Steakhouse’s overtime costs in Q1 of 2016 by 1,057 hours vs. 2015 quarterly, for an initial savings of over Tracked overtime prediction report and communicated with stores to prevent overtime.
