I’m a data and analytics professional specialising in building practical, scalable data systems that sit at the intersection of analytics, engineering, automation, and applied AI. My work focuses on turning complex, messy data into structured, reproducible, and decision-ready assets through well-designed pipelines, standards, and tooling.I currently work within the Australian health data and analytics environment, where I’ve led and contributed to major initiatives including modernising dataset onboarding into enterprise data hubs, developing geospatial concordance databases, designing synthetic data generators, and building NLP-driven classification and knowledge-retrieval systems. I’m particularly experienced in working with linked data, geospatial layers (ASGS), and large administrative datasets.My technical toolkit includes Python, pandas, GeoPandas, scikit-learn, spaCy, SQL/PostGIS, SAS, PowerShell, and API-driven automation. I’ve built end-to-end workflows covering web scraping, data ingestion, validation, transformation, metadata registration, analytics, and reporting — with a strong emphasis on documentation, governance, and long-term maintainability.What differentiates my work is a strong systems mindset.
