I started working for my family business in Jr High School. I would pull orders and Pack orders to ship to customers and I would also help keep the warehouse organized. On weekends I would come in with my Father to clean and empty trash, really anything that needed to be done. After College I decided I wanted to join our family business in a full time sales role. I moved to Texas is 2006 to open a new territory for RES and for another company we are affiliated with. Over the years I have grown the Texas territory while still serving my customers in the upper midwest. I have had the opportunity to be involved in a lot of fun and exciting projects with large and small customers all over the country. I have designed everything from logo layouts to go on pens and sandals up to custom emblematic Rings for sales and length of tenure programs. I have made many contacts over the years, so when there is something I can't do myself I know exactly where to go to get the job done right and with the highest quality.In 2017 I made a big jump, I bought my first embroidery machine and we started providing our customers with embroidery services directly through us. This has been a fun learning experience and I enjoy teaching my employees how to use these machines.My goal has never been to just sell a product, rather my goal is to not only make my customers happy and help them meet their goal, but to make the whole process easier for them and make them look good within their organization. There are many things that I offer to do for my customers that my competitors would just walk away from. Sometimes those things don't make any additional money but they help build the relationship that I am looking for.
