About Breona Byrd

I love working with youth and have always had a natural ability to build rapport with young people. Through work in nonprofit program management and education, I am passionate about using teaching, coaching, and guidance to make a positive impact on the lives on children and teenagers. With a focus on creating a safe and supportive environment, I create and facilitate programs that encourage development of life skills, artistic technique, and academic growth. Additionally, I enjoy mentoring youth to help them build resilience in addressing life’s challenges. With strengths in planning, collaboration, and leadership, I have built programs from the ground up, led day-to-day operations, and ensured successful execution of initiatives. A few years ago, I moved to Colorado and am loving it here. I am ready at this point to return to the nonprofit world and use my career to help others. I offer excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, communication, and public speaking skills to any organization.
