Over the past 13 years with my current employer, I have progressed from a Parts Associate to my current management role through hard work and a strong attention to detail. I am experienced in managing personnel, products, and policies to foster a safe and efficient work environment while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences. Even while fulfilling my responsibilities as Branch Manager, I consistently meet or exceed my personal sales targets each year. My skills encompass sales, rentals, parts management, purchasing, shipping and receiving, as well as effective problem-solving.
