About Bret Dunn

As a defense counsel at the United States Marine Corps, I represent service members in courts-martial, administrative proceedings, and other legal matters. I have a Doctor of Law degree from Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law, where I was on the dean's list three times, and a 27(b) and 42(a) certification from the Naval Justice School. I am also pursuing a Professional MBA degree from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, where I aim to enhance my business acumen and strategic thinking skills. I have over three years of work experience as a judge advocate and a series commander in the USMC, where I learned how to lead and mentor diverse teams, manage complex projects, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and excellence. I have skills in law, litigation, trial practice, leadership, policy, and public management. My core competencies include critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration. My mission is to serve and defend the rights and interests of my clients, my organization, and my country.
