About Bret Gregersen

I am a passionate servant leader focused on improving software design and implementation, with experience in project management, and Agile methodologies. I have a proven track record of successfully managing and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget. My experience includes serving as an SVP of Engineering for AliceNet and Kapitus, where I led product prioritization, roadmap development and execution, and managed departmental growth to meet company goals without sacrificing quality. I also led the DevOps, Cybersecurity, Systems Administration, Test Automation, and Customer Experience development teams throughout a company-wide agile transformation. Additionally, I have experience as an IT Manager for Wendy's, a Tech Lead for Healthedge, and a Software Engineer for Microsoft and Google. My technical skills include designing and implementing automation suites for feature and integration testing, designing and developing API and Data Warehouse production code, and leading efforts to overhaul manual testing methods. I have also designed and developed test infrastructure and automation for backend and service testing, led regression and end-to-end test flows, and implemented new release systems.
