About Bret Howey

I have been involved in construction my entire life in one way or another from working as a laborer on track homes in Palm Springs when I was 15 years old to apprenticing as a framer, working for an air duct cleaning company as a technician to Project Management. I was given an opportunity to travel and build restaurants all over the country for Pacific Southwest Development from L.A. to Boca Raton, FL. where I honed my skills as a Superintendent for 5 years. I left that company and jumped into the Tenant Improvement Industry as a Superintendent for the Premier firm Corporate Contractors Inc, where I spent nearly 18 years. I learned a lot at my time there and worked alongside some of the Best in the business which I am very grateful for. Six years ago, I decided to take the next step in my journey and started my own Company, New Vision Contractors which has been an awesome experience as well as many 7-day weeks and endless hours but would not change it for the world. The people I've been lucky enough to work with from my Team to my Clients, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Senior Executives, Building Managers, Construction Mangers, Architects, Brokers, Designers, Engineers, Sub Contractors, IT Teams, City Officials and the list goes on and on have been invaluable in my growth as an owner.I'm very proud of what we have accomplished in the short amount of time we have been in business and as well extremely happy to deliver excellent results to all mentioned above. Projects that come in on time and on budget and the enjoyment watching people move into their new spaces is priceless and worth all the long days and nights that we put in. We are just scratching the surface and look forward too many more years of the same as well as developing new and long-lasting relationships.
