As co-owner at Opus Coffee, I lead our mission to deliver exceptional specialty coffee experiences—from farm to cup—while fostering deep relationships across the coffee community. Whether I’m scouting the next origin or exploring distribution channels, I focus on quality and long-term success. • Brand & Experience Leadership Opus Coffee stands for more than great taste—it celebrates craftsmanship and community. I contribute to brand strategy and help shape customer-facing initiatives that resonate on a deeper level. • Team Engagement & Development I support and mentor a cross-functional team—sales, marketing, operations—to deliver on our brand promise. I prioritize transparent communication, encourage creativity, and champion every team member’s growth. My Journey in Coffee I started my career in hospitality and product development, where I gained experience in supply chain logistics, customer relationship management, and market positioning. Over time, I gravitated toward specialty coffee—not just for the craft, but for the culture. At Opus Coffee, I’ve brought that expertise to elevate our offering and strengthen our impact.
