About Bret Simoneaux

Through the years I have taken on many different rolls. Starting out as a drafter/designer out of college, I learned the importance of developing concepts that could be manufactured as well as meet the customer’s requirements. That first job allowed me to participate in all aspects of Engineering. I have been in my current job since the begging of 1992 and have taken on many different rolls as well. I started with R&D efforts to improve existing products to compete in a global market. After that I, I headed the Design Department for a few years. I was then required to move back into R&D to work on a major project that needed my pump and valve experience to meet a demanding customer’s requirements. I was then asked to head the R&D department working on a variety of projects. My current roll is “Special Projects”. Using my computer programming skills, I work to develop programs for all aspects of our business. Combining my Engineering knowledge and Computer skills provides a good combination to develop unique solutions and models to help improve our processes. I am also responsible for the calculations of the geometry of our product. These “Special Projects” have required me to travel to many parts of the world to support and improve our efforts as a corporation.
