My experiences have been governed by the following key management frameworks: • The fuel of successful leadership is to create a culture that will bring out the best in the team • Always be approachable • Delegate work, keep responsibility and importantly pass back the praise • Always be calm under pressure and focus on the goal • If you make a mistake learn quickly from it and focus on the solution • Always keep stakeholders well informed • Stay motivated on your vision and ‘be bothered’ CAREER HIGHLIGHTS- Integral part of the Project team working across all areas from the design, fitout, clean up, relocation, defects and operationalisation of the Melbourne office (650 staff) during COVID lock down (2020-2021)- As the Subject Matter Expert, I project managed the implementation of Serraview space management software nationally, including setting up, reporting, maintaining, and training- Created and ran detailed monthly reporting for all services across all offices nationally, using advanced excel skills and other analytical tools- Setting up internal café operating as a not for profit business, including council registration, business and financial planning- Led and ran the Melbourne Sustainability team (GreenME), reviewing and improving areas in waste, energy, travel and paper. Instrumental in pushing the organisation to commit to being Carbon Neutral by 2025.
