With over 10 years of intensive experience in rail system projects, I have honed my expertise in crisis management and strategic planning within the dynamic environment of Hitachi Rail. My mission is to drive project success through meticulous delivery and effective recovery strategies, aligning closely with the company's dedication to precision and innovation. My role allowed me to contribute a unique perspective and adaptive approach, ensuring the team consistently met their ambitious goals. At Hitachi Rail, my tenure as a Delivery Manager has been marked by the successful recovery and completion of the GWAD program's baseline site survey activities, successful delivery of the DCS Installation phase of the H&C Line, Circle Line, Parts of the District line,(Central corridor and District East) and parts of the Metropolitan line. By implementing improved efficiencies and maintaining critical project milestones, I have demonstrated my capability in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting. This role has not only solidified my skills in managing complex installation activities but also in fostering seamless collaboration between engineering, installation, and test & commissioning teams.
