Background
About Brett Benkenstein
As an education management leader with nearly 25 years’ experience in faith based schools, I aspire to lead Pastoral Care programs with Cura Personalis as the central focus to my daily work, and ensure that care and compassion for colleagues and students are embodied in each decision and action. My area of interest is the inextricable role of well-being as it relates to personal development and overall performance of students and staff. Researching and implementing innovative programs that foster a culture of purpose, motivation and community is what I am passionate about. This comes from decades of experience in various horizontal and vertical pastoral systems in academic and residential settings.I believe that a team culture of performance and care can be fostered through a genuine sense of community and underpinned by the effective use of digital technologies, strong communication processes, and strategic relationship building.
