I am a builder. Of institutions, yes—but more than that, of belief. Of momentum. Of what’s next. For over two decades, I’ve turned creative vision into community transformation. I founded and led an internationally acclaimed professional theater in a town many had written off. I didn’t just direct productions—I rewrote the narrative of what’s possible in places dismissed as “underserved.” I built something that lasted. Something that mattered. Because I don’t wait for permission to lead change. I create the conditions for it. I move people and organizations beyond what they think is possible—by listening deeply, acting decisively, and demanding excellence. I’ve stewarded million-dollar budgets, ignited world premieres, and forged ecosystems from scratch. I turn bold ideas into structures that hold. But that chapter is complete. The stage is bigger now. The hunger for significant impact is stronger than ever. I’m no longer here to entertain. I’m here to rebuild. To lead at the intersection of culture, equity, and systemic renewal. To center the communities America has too long ignored—rural, disinvested, underestimated, displaced, voice-less, forgotten, maligned, —and help them reclaim power, purpose, and pride. This isn’t a pivot. It’s a call to action. I bring the full force of experience: Proven leadership through uncertainty and complexity. Scaled innovation rooted in place, people, and purpose. A track record of turning scarcity into strength. My next move is about legacy—but not mine alone. It’s about shifting systems. Repairing trust. Sparking belonging.
