I am a registered patent attorney focusing on patent procurement and patent document research in electrical and computer technologies. • I have recently drafted dozens of patent applications in the field of semiconductor devices and processing. • I have also recently drafted dozens of patent applications in the field of cellular data communications. • I performed patent research to identify patent references that were critical in overturning seven patents asserted against a client. • The depth and breadth of my technical experience and education allow me to truly understand my clients’ technology. I am a technology geek at heart, so I get excited about inventions and crafting strategies to protect them. Having worked in a variety of different engineering environments before becoming an attorney, I understand that the patent goals of different businesses vary depending on the size of the business, the available funding of the business, and the bigger picture of what the business is trying to accomplish. I find it satisfying to help these businesses achieve their objectives and obtain strong patent protection without exceeding their budgetary constraints.
