About Brett Brown

I am a career Soldier and leader that has completed his 20th year in the United States Army. I have also performed duties as a maintenance supervisor at the TimkenSteel company. I am experienced in mechanical maintenance operations and specialize in ground maintenance for vehicles, power generation, advanced weaponry, fleet management, and numerous pieces of specialized hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical steel making and processing equipment. I hold responsibility for the management and accurate and timely reporting of asset availability to corporate and higher level headquarters. I am well versed in supply chain management and pride myself in my demonstration knowledge of logistical operations. I have led as many as 95 associates at a time for a total of 21 years in leadership positions, 3 years of which were in combat situations. My skills, work ethic, credentials, and leadership skills will provide a future employer with excellent assets for growth and I am eager to transition from the military ranks to fulfill needs in the civilian sector.
