About Brett Cook

My background encompasses both residential and commercial construction work. I have extensive experience in project management as well as inspection and energy management in both fields. I have worked my way up in the construction industry giving me a broad understanding of how to practically apply my education and job experiences. I fully embrace the procedures advocated by the Project Management Institute and have found the methods and lessons have greatly contributed to my success as a project manager and general contractor. I will continue in the project management, energy auditing or real estate sales fields as I am fascinated by the building sciences and construction process as well as other real estate related activities.
