About Brett Covert

I help successful dentists + specialists (e.g, oral surgeons, orthodontists, and pediatric dentists) to live well, practice well, transition well, and ultimately retire well. Most of my dental clients went into their profession to help people and not to manage a complex business. I get it. I help dental business owners (current and retired) and corporate professionals gain more clarity and control over their life so they feel empowered to focus more on what matters most to them. In particular, I will help you: • Define what matters most to you • Assess where you are today relative to your future goals • Implement tax-efficient investment and planning strategies to ensure your resources are optimized to propel you forward • Navigate issues related to "life events" such as pre-/post-business exit planning, retirement, marriage, divorce, disability, and death • Retire well I am interested in developing relationships with: • Dental and medical professionals • Corporate executives • Business owners • Successful families • Centers of influence I have worked in the wealth management industry for approximately 15 years while catering to high net worth and ultra high net worth families across the U.S. I obtained my Juris Doctor from the West Virginia University College of Law and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2010. I have been invited on multiple occasions by the CFP Board to create exam test questions as well as audit exams, and I am a co-author of,"Building Your Wealth Inside Corporate America: Financial Strategies for Today’s Executive." When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two sons.
