Welcome to my profile! As a dedicated Project Manager based in Colorado, I am committed to driving operational excellence and ensuring organizational success every day. My passion for leadership and problem-solving is at the core of my work, where I focus on clear communication, strategic decision-making, and delivering results. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated strong leadership by mentoring others and fostering professional development within my team. My hands-on approach has earned me the trust and respect of my colleagues, as I believe in leading by example and being actively involved in all aspects of the process. At 19, I earned my CDL and embarked on a career in the Waste Collection industry. Over the years, I’ve gained extensive experience across various roles, from running a Transfer Station and operating equipment to training safety protocols, analyzing data, and managing key operations. Currently, I am pursuing additional training to take on the role of District Manager, expanding my leadership capabilities. In my current role as Project Manager, I oversee the seamless operation of daily activities, ensuring that multiple employees and government contracts are consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
