In federal and state court, litigated claims of wrongful death and lethal force, the use of non-lethal compliance weapons, and false arrest and confinement. Litigated employment law claims involving Title VII employment discrimination, the Family Medical Leave Act, and all areas of workers' compensation including subrogation recovery for the City of New Orleans. In Orleans Parish municipal court, prosecuted DWI and misdemeanor criminal offenses.
