Background

About Brett Fielder

Experienced Director of Sales Support who generates a true quality experience and a strong lasting impression. A unique coach, mentor, that practices solid ambiguity while never compromising compliance standards. A very strong talent curator that puts building and supporting people before all else. Looked at as a leader that represents the type of culture that others want to emulate throughout the state/nation. The type of peer/leader that others will come to for ideas, a collaborative experience, or an empathetic ear, and walk away knowing that everything will be alright and or taken care of. Someone that isn’t afraid to be vulnerable, evolve, and take on new challenges. Approaches each situation individually with a creative eye while keeping the company’s best interest at heart. Doesn’t “change for change sake” however, is always looking to find efficiencies that will generate more quality interactions both internally and externally. Remains grounded, always creating a sense of calm during the worst storms while never lessoning the standard that needs to be met.
