Mr. Flint is experienced in program and project management; civil, environmental, geotechnical, seismic, and structural engineering; construction management; quality assurance and quality control; risk assessment; permitting; RECRA, CERCLA, and NEPA processes and compliance; engineering and environmental site assessments and audits; baseline investigations, environmental impact studies; and, site closure, remediation, and reclamation. He is also skilled in managing multi-disciplinary programs and projects that include multiple phases, diverse stakeholders and regulatory requirements and a broad spectrum of Technical elements as well as developing and managing budgets and schedules. Mr. Flint is experienced and effective in working with owners, clients, regulators, stakeholders, non-governmental organizations and the general public and has the skill and ability to explain technical issues in terms understandable by the particular audience. Mr. Flint is a skilled and effective communicator; both verbally in written from. Project elements have included: intermodal transportation, commercial, and industrial facilities; tailing and water containment and diversion structures; natural resource development; solid waste disposal facilities; roads, highways, ports and railroads; pipelines, water and wastewater facilities; sediment and erosion control; bulk fuel storage facilities; and foundation design among others. Mr. Flint’s experience has included residential, commercial, industrial, mining, natural resource development, transportation, and other installations. He has project experience in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, Panama, Peru, and Tajikistan as well as in Alaska and the western United States. Sample project experience is included below.
