About Brett Franklin

I have spent much of my career working for MSPs in a variety of environments, both based from a head office and at a client site. This has allowed me to build a broad range of skills and experience in a plethora of environments.During this time I have always looked for new opportunities and taken the opportunity to learn new things, without focusing on any aspect of Information and Communication Technology in particular.More recently I have turned my focus towards a couple of specific aspects out of the impression this is not an important subject to many organisations. These aspects are data and network security, and proactive monitoring to ensure system uptimes.I am currently working towards new certifications in the realm of data and network security, and am always on the lookout for a new opportunities to work with organisations that want to better protect their and/or their customers' data.
