Background

About Brett Goodlin

I am a strategic and values-driven accounting professional with a heart for service and a head for solutions. I currently serve as a Business & Accounting Consultant at Morrison & Company, helping clients achieve clarity and momentum through innovative advisory support, with a focus on trust, stewardship, and measurable results. With over 15 years of experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, and agricultural sectors, I bring both breadth and depth—including international accounting leadership, manufacturing and CPG insight, and deep systems fluency (Dynamics 365, Xero, Business Central, QuickBooks, and more). At my core, I’m a Discriminating Ideator (per Working Genius), energized by inventing creative solutions and discerning their merit, but also skilled at enabling others and turning ideas into actionable strategies. Whether supporting interim controllership, solving complex reconciliations, or guiding financial decision-making, I strive to be a calm, competent presence who delivers integrity, accuracy, and hope. Let’s connect—especially if you're looking for insight that balances the numbers with the bigger picture.
