I bring over four decades of experience in manufacturing, transportation, and land development, tackling complex challenges and turning them into measurable successes. I combine technical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and a commitment to innovation and quality to define my career. At Timeless Travel Trailers, I built a thriving business and a community of craftsmanship. I drove a 26% annual growth in market share through direct sales by understanding customers’ dreams and translating them into standout, innovative designs. Beyond building custom travel trailers, I negotiated a second-stage manufacturing agreement with Airstream and partnered with top-tier clients like Coca-Cola, MolsonCoors, and Eddie Bauer. At Lakeside Park Company, I enhanced safety measures, reducing guest incidents by 43% and completing multimillion-dollar construction projects 22% ahead of schedule and 16% under budget. This experience reinforced the importance of blending creativity with responsibility. Earlier, I led the design and construction of luxury railroad passenger cars for American Orient Express Railway.
