Hello, I'm Brett Harding, an experienced professional with a diverse career spanning both design engineering and construction leadership. With over 12 years of experience, I've had the privilege of contributing to a wide range of transformative projects, each leaving a lasting impact. My career began in design engineering, where I engineered interstate highways, commercial site developments, essential municipal infrastructure, and industrial railroad facilities. My journey then led me into the world of construction, where I took on roles as a contractor and estimator for heavy industrial sites, power plants, refineries, and more. My passion for construction leadership was ignited during my tenure as an EPC engineer and construction estimator for large industrial developments. That passion was further strengthened as I became a construction leader for several large projects including a $300 million Army Corps project. This path allowed me to not only manage and analyze complex contracts and schedules but also to lead high-performance teams of up to 10 individuals, spanning both design and construction disciplines. Mentoring the next generation of professionals is a personal mission, and I find immense satisfaction in imparting my knowledge and expertise to help them thrive in our dynamic industry. I am continuously humbled by the talent in our industry. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of contributing to and managing projects of varying magnitude, ranging from $10 million to $2 billion, always with a relentless focus on cost control, schedule performance and contract management. I excel at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, bringing together engineers and construction experts, and effectively representing companies to clients. My ability to manage subcontractors, oversee self-perform construction, and navigate complex projects is a testament to my dedication to ensuring success in every endeavor.
