Born and raised in the remote mining town of Mount Isa, Queensland, Australia; mining and metals processing operations have always been in my blood. I am very passionate about applying the knowledge and experience gained over my time 'in plant operations' to help transform the industrial processes into the digital age.I enjoy collaborating with people, gaining an understanding of the nuances of their operations, and ultimately supporting the change to the new way of working; leveraging practical data science methodology and technology that unlock latent value from the data to drive business changing productivity improvements. I am a holistic business manager and strong leader with extensive leadership and managerial experience. Formal Engineering background, inclusive leadership style and business acumen, providing for a broad mix of management and technical skill.I have held senior leadership roles in a variety of large-scale integrated operations in Australia and internationally.Embracing safety, care for all people, and utilising this as a catalyst for lasting positive change is at my core.
