In addition, I am responsible for leading end-to-end process strategies (Business Process Owner Team) to drive operational efficiency for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Pricing and Contract functions. At Kraft Heinz, I oversaw the GBS North America Procure to Pay, PMO, Continuous Improvement and Change Management functions, where I led transformative roadmaps, piloted strategic initiatives, and improved overall process efficiency. I successfully managed hybrid outsourced teams, orchestrated PO execution across numerous brands, and enhanced AP operations involving billions of dollars in transactions. Previously, at Walgreens Boots Alliance, I directed the Business Transformation & PMO, playing a key role in a multibillion-dollar merger integration and spearheading a $1.5B cost transformation program. My leadership in enterprise-wide strategic planning and PMO development ensured alignment with company objectives and maintained competitiveness in evolving markets.
