Prior to NH Facility Services, Brett was an Associate at Raymond James for 6 years, focusing on sourcing and structuring municipal bond transactions. Brett participated in all stages of the public bond offerings and private placements as a senior manager for a total par amount of over $5 billion. Brett is a member of the UJA Young Leaders Committee (REX Committee), The Young Patron Leadership Circle with The Jewish Museum, SelfHelp (Next Gen Committee), Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG), and BOMA (Long Island).
