About Brett Keller

As a Strategic Initiatives Team Manager at Marvin Engineering Company, I have been leading the companywide implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) using the Workboard platform, an organizational goal setting and alignment process designed to focus the business on achieving the highest priority results and provide visibility of their progress. I have also facilitated multitudes of lean projects across all functions, from C-suite leadership to the production floor, to resolve or improve the associated business processes. With a certified lean blackbelt and more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace and automotive industries, I am passionate about facilitating and engaging with people who do the work in the office or on the shop floor. I help them understand value and why it’s important, not just for the business, but meaningful to each person as well. I feel a great sense of satisfaction when people and groups make progress, see the broader perspective, and take ownership of their results. I welcome big challenges and complex systems, and I strive to enable the alignment of people, purpose, and methods to achieve progress.
