About Brett Keyes

I’m the founder of TRUCK Gloves, a high-quality glove company born in the Wasatch and built for snow, bike, and work. I started TRUCK to fix a gap in the market: premium gloves that don’t cost a fortune. Today, we’re trusted by ski patrollers, mountain ops crews, bikers, and tradespeople who need gear that holds up. Before launching TRUCK, I spent 13 years at Black Diamond Equipment, developing products, managing global production, and eventually helping build a development engineering department in Zhuhai, China. That hands-on experience — from field testing prototypes to managing factory floors — is the foundation for everything I do today. At TRUCK, I lead: Product Design & Development — from sketches and samples to full-scale manufacturing Brand & Marketing Strategy — telling our story across web, social, and email Sales & Retail Partnerships — growing DTC and wholesale channels Global Sourcing & Supply Chain — working closely with our long-time factory partners in Pakistan I’m passionate about gear that performs, design that solves problems, and building a brand that’s known for honesty, quality, and grit.
