I am a seasoned and accomplished IT professional with 29 years of experience in the industry. I pride myself on having a wealth of skills and knowledge that includes service delivery management, personnel management, project management, application support, client delivery, process and procedure development, training, customer support technician, desk side support, and finally network administration. I have spent my many years in the IT field building the bulk of my skills and knowledge from work experience. My strongest skills are leadership, client/customer/people relations, and my ability to adapt to change, ensuring focus on my customers as well as the business, and maintaining all financial responsibilities. I have been responsible for the leadership of teams ranging in size from 10 – 64 within IT Service Delivery. I have lead teams that exceeded contractual obligations resulting in the awarding of financial bonuses to my company and team. I am well versed in budget management, service level management, and achieving contractual requirements. I work cross functionally and under numerous matrixed structures and have a great deal of comfort working with peers, clients, vendors, business partners, and high-level executives. I have handled human resource related topics including hiring and firing, skill development, goal setting, and overall career growth planning. I have deployed/migrated large scale full scope data centers and assisted in the technical development of information technology environments. I have also provided the development and delivery of help desk training of processes, procedures, and applications, both to large groups and one on one. I have managed large projects with many fortune 500 companies with million dollar contracts, and have done so on time and within budget. In addition to my skill set I have held a security clearance of "Public Trust" while working as a contractor for the US Federal Government. I am and always have been committed to the success of the company I work for, and always conduct myself with integrity and moral composure.
