About Brett Kurtz

I am a hybrid employee, for which I fill many roles. My professional experience is rooted in the fields of Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing. I have worked in the Power-Sports industry for over ten years, however I have been a motorcycle enthusiast my entire life. I have worked under several different titles during my tenure at National Cycle. My current role is that of the Lead Design Engineer for after market and OEM product development. I design, develop and manage one hundred percent of all motorcycle and scooter aftermarket product development projects in addition to all OEM UTV and motorcycle plastic development programs. My day-to-day duties encompass all aspects of the product development cycle. I am a hands-on designer, a pragmatic engineer and project manager. I am analytical, yet creative. I am an artist, a programmer, a mechanic, a machinist, a fabricator.
